For smaller groups, the private mezzanine has its own bar, bathroom and dedicated staff. For conference receptions, product launches and holiday parties, a full buyout opens the entire venue for up to 350 guests.
We coordinate catering, custom floor plans, rentals and production, so presentations, panels and branded activations run smoothly.

How many guests can Madarae hold?
Up to 350 for a full buyout, 250 in the Minna Room and 50 in the private mezzanine. Groups of 10–45 can also reserve in the main room during regular hours.
Do you have AV for presentations?
Yes. Two 75-inch screens, floor-to-ceiling LED panels that can display your branding, pro audio, a DJ booth and microphones.
Can you provide catering?
Yes. We offer seasonal platters, passed bites, and breakfast and lunch menus for daytime events, plus tailored beverage packages.
Is Madarae close to Moscone Center?
Yes. It’s an 8-minute walk, which makes it a popular choice for conference receptions and after-parties.
