Tucked on Minna Street beneath Salesforce Park, Madarae is where people who live and work in SoMa, the East Cut and the Financial District come for an after-work drink, a date night or a catch-up with friends. When a conference is in town, it’s also an easy 8-minute walk from Moscone and a calmer alternative to crowded hotel bars.
The bar pours seasonal originals and refined classics, built with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and premium spirits. Pair them with bar bites and shareable plates, and stop by for happy hour Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 7 pm.

No. Walk-ins are always welcome at the bar. For groups of 10 or more, we recommend reserving ahead.

Yes. Groups of 10–45 can reserve in the main room during regular hours, whether it’s a birthday, a team outing or a group in town for a conference. For private events, book the mezzanine (up to 50) or the full venue (up to 350).
Is there happy hour?
Yes. Happy Hour runs Tuesday through Friday, 4–7 pm, with discounted classic cocktails, wine, beer and bites.
